I'm excited to announce that Blood Ransom is now available on line at places like Amazon and Christianbook.com and should be arriving at your local bookstore soon!
To end my month long celebration of its release, I'll be drawing a winner for goodies from Africa and a copy of Blood Ransom. Leave a comment below with a way for me to contact you between now and Sunday night (CST) and I will include you in the drawing. If you sign up to receive my blog posts through feedblitz AND let me know I will add another entry for you.
Since I have yet to hold a copy of the book or see it sitting on a bookstore shelf (the nearest bookstore is a day's drive) please let me know, if and where you happen to see a copy. (And if you snap a photo and send it my way, I'll put your photo on my blog and be forever grateful. :-))
Have a great weekend!
Lisa

Thanks!!
I have just discovered your website and blog and am very interested in reading Blood Ransom. It sounds just like my favorite kind of book--a thriller that draws my attention to an important social injustice in the world. The fact that it takes place in Africa is an added plus. I would love to be entered in your drawing. Thanks and blessings to you.

Thanks so much to all of you for stopping by, and Dawn, I'm thrilled you found my "corner of the world." :-) If you love a fast paced thriller that highlights social injustices without overpowering the story line, I think you'll enjoy this one!
ReplyDeleteBlessings all!
Hi Lisa. I actually held a copy of Blood Ransom in my hands! My sister in law, Mariana Vigil got hers on line. I can't WAIT to get my own copy. I have already read the first chapter. You are doing awesome things over there, Keep up the good work. Jeanne Corrigan

I have read and reviewed Blood Ransom. It's a book every Christian should read. And it's a breathtaking suspense, filled with interesting characters played across richly woven setting.
ReplyDeleteI'd really love to win one of your African giveaways, Lisa.
I read Blood Ransom to review, and loved it (date not here yet to post the review). I'd like to enter your giveaway. Thanks

I'm humbled and encouraged by all your comments, and thrilled that you both enjoyed the book, Lena and Mark!
ReplyDeleteWhat excites me as well is how in our shrinking world, people are not only becoming aware of needs outside of where we live, but are also getting involved and making a difference. Whither it's following Lisa Adam's dream to go on a mission trip, or serving someone in your own community, it's ordinary people coming together to be used by an extraordinary God. May we all be open to His calling wherever that may lead us.
Be blessed today!
Lisa
Please enter me. I am waiting to get this book. I enjoy your blog.Blessings.
